Video: Kyogo opens the scoring for Celtic at Ibrox with magnificent finish

Kyogo has opened the scoring for Celtic on the stroke of halftime at Ibrox. The Scottish Champions have controlled the game, despite some nervous moments in the first forty-five minutes.

Connor Goldson’s clearance went straight to Matt O’Riley, who headed it back over the top and into the path of Kyogo. The striker stuck his laces through the ball and made it 1-0.

Brendan Rodgers will be pleased that his team have the lead and the strike to beat Jack Butland was excellent. There is plenty to do in the second half and protecting that back two is important.

Celtic have been the better team and now have a goal to show for their control of the first half. Kyogo had a couple of chances and this was actually the tougher of the three opportunities but he made it look easy.
