Leigh Griffiths is known for his social media activity. Recently, he’s been amusing fans with his humorous Tik Tok videos or tweets rubber stamping our nine in a row victory. However, today, the striker has worried fans by posting a video of Lewis Capaldi’s song, Headspace.
The video, uploaded to the Celtic star’s Instagram, played the audio of Lewis Capaldi singing Headspace. Meanwhile the following lyrics ran across the screen:
I won’t bother you anymore, I’ll be gone next year
Fans have reacted worriedly as some fear for his mental health after his recent demons, whilst others fear that it is an indication that he will leave Celtic if and when ten in a row is secured.
On the flip side, some feel that it is a dig at Craig Gordon’s comments surrounding his talks with Hearts. Whereas, many also feel there is nothing to the post, beyond just being a song he enjoys.
Seen that while ago n asked him the question 🤣 pic.twitter.com/m20lv8wHV5

Does his contract ending next year? Surely he wouldn’t be told already if it’s not getting renewed

We certainly hope that there is not a hidden message in this post and that all is well with Leigh on and off the park.
