Celtic B Team won 3-0 away to East Kilbride to go level on points with Rangers in third place. The win, over an impressive EK side, puts the young Celts ten points behind runaway leaders Bonnyrigg Rose.

McIntyre was delighted with the win, claiming his players had worked incredibly hard to deliver the points.

Joey Dawson bagged a brace with Doak coming off the bench to secure the points for the Celts. The goalscorer, who joined from Scunthorpe in the summer, has impressed and was even rewarded with a place in Ange Postecoglou’s first team training sessions during his striker shortage.
