The only surprise at half time was Celtic not managing to build on their 1-0 lead, so it’s pleasing to see that it’s not taken long after the restart to make it 2-0.
It’s a really nice goal with some patient passing from the team, but you can see there’s a tempo and an intent to the play and Eddy and McGregor link up perfectly to create the space and score:

This should force Motherwell to come out and chase the game so there will hopefully be plenty of gaps to exploit as the game goes on, so it would be good if Eddy can get one or two more to build his confidence even further.
