Video: Preston open scoring after questionable Kevin Clancy penalty decision

Ben Whiteman made it 1-0 to Preston North End against Celtic after a questionable penalty decision from referee Kevin Clancy.

The ball was thrown into the box but Celtic’s Hjelde missed the header, allowing Sean Maguire to roam into the box. The Ireland Internationalist took a table after Scott Bain rushed onto him. The Celtic sub goalie pulled out of the challenge but Maguire was looking to initiate contact as it appeared the ball was beyond him.

Celtic will need to drastically improve on Tuesday night against FC Midtjylland.
