Reo Hatate spurned the chance to send Celtic 3-0 up against Hearts by missing a penalty minutes before Kyogo hit the target.
After referee Nick Walsh pointed to the spot for a foul on Kyogo from Cochrane, the Japanese midfielder could’ve put the game beyond the hosts. However, when presented with the chance, Hatate sent his penalty off the post – despite sending Zander Clark the wrong way.

Hatate played a brilliant touch to release Palma, who played the ball in for Matt O’Riley. A fortunate break of the ball sat up for Kyogo, who smashed the ball beyond Clark. Celtic have been excellent and Brendan Rodgers will be keen for his side to stretch their legs and get a few more against a lacklustre Hearts team.
