Completing 50 keepy-ups sounds easy enough, but if you throw in a wall and also having to use alternate feet each time it’s actually an impressive feat.
Former Rangers player Kevin Thomson has been trying to start a 50 touches challenge among players, and his former Hibs teammate Scott Brown eventually obliged and took part.

He almost loses control a couple of times but just about managed to complete it in a nonchalant manner:

If you’ve got some spare time and some space then it could keep you preoccupied for a decent length of time, or failing that, if you have a neighbour you don’t like then that sound of the ball against the wall will drive them demented soon enough.
