Scott Brown faced the media earlier today ahead of tomorrow’s clash with Aberdeen at Celtic Park. The club captain acknowledged that the players had to accept responsibility for the departure of Neil Lennon as club manager.

Earlier, John Kennedy also fielded questions in his first full interview as interim Celtic manager ahead of Celtic’s clash with Aberdeen. With eight games remaining this season, Kennedy is tasked with salvaging some respectability with Celtic sitting eighteen points adrift of runaway leaders Rangers.

Kennedy made his Celtic debut at aged sixteen but a sickening injury curtailed a promising career. Since then Kennedy has had a number of roles at the club including as a scout, first team coach, assistant manager and now as interim manager.
