CELTIC have released their Christmas ad this morning and it’s certainly well worth watching. “Star of Lisbon, Star so bright Star of Glasgow’s Green & White” features as many first team and coaching staff as it’s possible to cram in, some excited school kids and of course there’s always a Lisbon Lion and this time it is Bertie Auld who does the honours.
Of course it’s also crammed full of Christmas shopping ideas from Celtic, as that’s the purpose of these brilliant ads that have become part of the Celtic calendar over the past few years and really kick-starts the run-up to the festive season.
You’ll have to watch this quite a few times to pick up on everything that is going on – Leigh Griffiths brushing his hair is a real magcical moment and Neil Lennon’s enthusiasm for his conductor duties is also brilliant to watch.
