The Celtic Star has been giving the Celtic FC Women’s team as much coverage as we possibly can and after last week’s 10-0 win away to Hearts it looked like we could be at the start of something quite remarkable this season.

The visitors seemed content to sit in and frustrate Celtic as the home side had the vast majority of the ball. But it took a rather fortuitous deflection off Sarah Ewens to win the three points for Celtic and set the team up nicely for next weekend’s Glasgow Derby away to theRangers.
Watch the highlights from K-Park in East Kilbride as the Celtic Ghirls got the better of Spartans in the third league match of the new season for Fran Alonso’s talented side.
