Videos: Alan Brazil’s Humble Pie, a Yellow Card for Ange’s translator and the Homecoming Tour

Ange Postecoglou has been appearing on Australian TV again and there are plenty of laughs in these three clips, but if Alan Brazil still reads The Celtic Star, best to give this one a miss.

On the Ange Homecoming Tour in November which will of course feature Celtic playing the Govan support act ( we’ll not name them but instead simply refer to them as Club 25%) there is clearly a huge amount of interest on this game and in Ange coming back to Australia and bringing Celtic with him. We can tell you that the increase in The Celtic Star’s audience from Australia since Ange was appointed is astonishing and there is no doubt at all that everyone involved in this venture recognises the fact that it’s the Ange Postecoglou factor that is the key component in selling out this game. So a 75% return seems fair and reasonable in the circumstances does it not?

Ange hasn’t had any real run-ins with Scottish referees to-date, remarkably given who he’s dealing with, but in the second clip we see the Celtic Manager getting rather annoyed with the man with the whistle. The referee makes his way over to the touchline and through his interpreter Ange’s message is conveyed to the match official…who promptly pulls out a yellow card and books the interpreter!
Plenty of laugh around this story and a great punchline too to enjoy!

The support act’s fans might not like it but this is in Australia all about Ange Postecoglou Homecoming and the Celtic Manager is the box office attraction, no-one is talking about them other that the odd journalist marvelling at the distasteful emails that they’ve been receiving which focusses on their favourite subject from those with the sickest of minds.
