Celtic goalkeeper Joe Hart has posted a celebratory message on Instagram following yesterday’s win over Ross County. The Englishman showed raw passion at the end as he and his teammates took the acclaim of the home support with the result taking Ange Posyecoglou’s side nine points clear of Rangers.

Celtic fought back after County scored from a dubious spot-kick. Goals from David Turnbull and Sead Haksabanovic were enough to give maximum points to the Scottish Champions, who increased their lead at the top of the table after Rangers drew away to St Mirren.

Celtic go into the break nine points clear at the top of the Premiership, a substantial lead but not unassailable. The manager will stress that to the players and it is clear that Hart, one of the leaders in the dressing room, is fully aware that the relentless nature of the team cannot be allowed to ease up.

The goalkeeper also wished the best to his four teammates – Cameron Carter-Vickers, Daizen Maeda, Aaron Mooy and Josip Juranovic- who will be competing at the World Cup in Qatar. The rest of the squad will travel to Australia to take part in the Sydney Super Cup with keeping sharp the aim of the game ahead of the return to domestic duty in December.
