Livingston FC have confirmed the West Lothian Council have approved the club’s application for a full capacity ahead of their next home match against Celtic on Sunday 19 September.

The last time that the Celtic away support was ‘on the road’ was on 1 March 2020 when we were through at the Tony Macaroni and after taking an early lead we were trailing 2-1 until Tom Rogic scored a late equaliser. That was also the night that Hamilton won at Ibrox, thus extending Celtic’s lead at the top of the table to make it a Mission Impossible for Steven Gerrard’s side, with the ex-Liverpool captain having to endure some ugly scenes as the Bears got restless. Any excuse to post this video…

We got one more game after that – a 5-0 home win over St Mirren but it’s been a long long wait until we are On the Road Again with the two Scottish Premiership away games – at Tynecaste and Ibrox – not having any Celtic fans present. That’s now about to change and tickets will be demand as Celtic’s away support gets back into the serious business of following the team away from home. Can’t wait!
