The Celtic Star reported earlier, that fans in Belfast and Derry have been gathering in their cars to celebrate the nine in a row.
That joy was also felt in another part of Ireland – Donegal, or Gaoth Dobhair (Gweedore) to be precise. The county has a lot of close links with Celtic, including being the location from which a sod of turf was imported to be laid at the new Celtic Park by Michael Davitt in 1892.
Gaoth Dobhair is an Irish language speaking district of Donegal, which has a massive Celtic following.
Supporters gathered in their cars to maintain social distancing and drove around the countryside to celebrate a phenomenal second nine in a row in the club’s history.
When the current restrictions are lifted and Celtic fans can gather together again there is going to be one almighty massive party when the Bhoys lift that trophy.
