LEIGH GRIFFITHS returned to action last night at Lennoxtown and grabbed himself a couple of goals to give Neil Lennon a much needed additional striking option as the domestic programme resumes after the International Break.

But it’s the return of the best Scottish striker Leigh Griffiths that will be boost to Lenny and also perhaps also the Scotland manager Steve Clarke.
Celtic have an intense schedule of matches between now and the winter break which starts after the Glasgow Derby match against the Rangers at Celtic Park on 29 December.
