Celtic drawn against Falkirk at Paradise in League Cup

Celtic have been drawn against Falkirk at Celtic Park in the next round of the Scottish League Cup. After Brendan Rodgers’ side won 3-1 against Hibs, they have been rewarded with a tie against Championship side Falkirk.

A brace from Daizen Maeda in the first half was followed by a second half strike from Nicolas Kühn, which wrapped up the proceedings.

Now, John McGylnn’s side will now travel to Paradise on the weekend of 21/22 September.

Details will likely be posted in due course regarding the kick off time and date of the game.

It was a potentially difficult game against the visitors from Edinburgh, especially after they pulled one back after 35 minutes.
