Former Celtic striker Chris Sutton has been pictured brilliantly reacting to Kris Boyd after Kilmarnock beat Rangers. After Celtic dropped points yesterday at home to Aberdeen, Philippe Clement’s side had the chance to close the gap on first and second with a win against Killie.
However, a late goal from Marley Watkins secured the three points for Derek McInnes’ side. It was a goal that angered the Rangers supporters that made there way to Rugby Park. Included in that was ex-Rangers and Killie striker Boyd.
🗣️ “[Rangers] are miles off it. The sooner people realise this isn’t working, the better.”
🗣️ “This is huge for Kilmarnock.”

Sutton and Boyd are regularly in disagreement on Sky Sports, often with Sutton winning the arguments. On this occassion, the Premier League winner was able to simply smile as Boyd detailed the issues that Rangers are failing to address.
The Englishman, who was sandwiched between Steven Davies and Boyd, will have been relishing the afternoon in Ayrshire as he said when he signed for Celtic that he wanted to knock Rangers off their perch. Their fanbase are totally rattled at present and will be close to entering the phase of demanding the manager receive his jotters.
