Festive TV Already Chosen For Celtic

With heatwaves sweeping across Britain and Ireland at the moment, the festive period seems a long way off. However, Celtic’s fixtures around that unique time of year have already been selected for live TV.

A duo of matches have been selected for fans to view, with the games being split between two channels. On Sky Sports viewers will be able to watch the Bhoys take on Livingston when they visit David Martindale’s Premiership newcomers at the Tony Macaroni stadium on 27 December 2025. Meanwhile, Premier Sports subscribers can enjoy Celtic’s visit to Fir Park three days later.

The first of those fixtures will kick off at 3pm, whereas the Motherwell clash is set for an 8pm start.

The SPFL declared this information yesterday afternoon, when announcing other televised matches such as the Dundee derby. However, details of the Glasgow Derby, which will take place in the New Year, have not yet been announced.
