Celtic’s SLO John Paul Taylor has confirmed that the the banners at Celtic Park will be replaced shortly. The club unfurled the decorative banners around the ground in the summer of 2022 for the new campaign but after three seasons, the ground is looking tired with a number of banners missing after a February storm caused damage to Celtic Park.
In an update on Twitter, JP confirmed that the “remainder of the banners will be removed to be replaced with new ones”.
Remainder of the banners are due to be removed to be replaced by new ones Andy, was held up a bit due to other external works taking place over the summer

It had been hoped that the new season would bring a new collection of banners. The Jock Stein Stand’s unfinished look was a cause of concern for some supporters, who accused the club’s hierarchy of failing to implement required refurbishments around the ground. Celtic supporters will be hoping that the club can upgrade certain other facilities within the ground, such as within the Main Stand.
Perhaps more pressingly, supporters will want the club to deal with the pressing issue of transfer incomings, especially with the UEFA Champions League Playoff First Leg next week. Hopefully there will be an update from the manager ahead of the Premier Sports Cup clash with Falkirk at Celtic Park on Friday.

Needs more than few banners ! If I didn’t know better I think their was so grand plan to toaltally rebuild Paradise on our campus, be reconfigurating the stadim so it doesnt over hang the cementry to be a groundf with multi purpose use with big partenships with worldwide companies like adidas and emeriates, but sadly i do lnow better! Hence the reason why a 100 year old decrepit main stand has barely been touched in that period while Fergus built 53,000 seats in 4 years!! Like everything in our club right now we could be so so so much more! Board room change needed! And they better not chase the best manager since big Jock with their risk averse bs!
