Fly Nine Flags Video – Celtic’s Nine in a Row Tribute fluttering above the North Stand

WHEN Celtic won Nine-in-a-Row in 1974 the club recognised the remarkable achievement by flying nine title winning flags above the Jungle. That of course was the first time that any club had ever won nine titles in a row in Scottish football and last month Celtic became the first club – dead or alive – to win Nine-in-a-Row twice.

It’s going to be a while before we’re allowed back into Paradise but yesterday we got a glimpse inside the Holy Ground and the video below shows the roof of the North Stand where you’ll see Celtic have already raised the NINE title winning flags, leaving a little room for a Tenth too!

Celtic tweeted a photo of the trophy and the flags shortly after the ninth consecutive Premiership win was confirmed – see below – but it’s nice to see them flying in a video!

Here we go, Ten-in-a-Row!
