“My most treasured item, a stanchion from The Jungle,” Celtic supporter

This is how it feels to be Celtic…“My most treasured item, a stanchion from The Jungle Celtic Park gifted to me from my late very great friend Robert Murphy eventually takes its prominent position in the garden,” Celtic supporter Tommy Cummings posted on social media.

Tommy also explained where the stanchion was located inside the Jungle. “It was the barrier you queued behind at the pie stall underneath,” he stated.

Some of the feedback to Tommy’s tweet…”Magnificent Tommy , what a piece of history to have”…Man, that’s fantastic, Tommy! Some flashbacks looking at that. I’ll be roon the morra furra pee!”…”Outstanding, should get a wee plaque mounted on it describing it”…”Amazing to know part of the jungle still lives. I wonder if there’s many more of them anywhere?…”That’s absolutely fantastic”…”That’s lovely Tommy”…”Brilliant mate”…”Class mate, god rest your pals soul.”
