Photo Of The Day: The Fans Arrive At Hampden In The Sun

Today’s photo of the day dates back to a famous match in Celtic’s unbroken history.

Fans can be seen queuing outside a sunny Hampden Park ahead of the League Cup Final in October 1957.

It was worth the wait as Celtic beat Rangers 7-1; a record result in fully competitive Glasgow derbies (discounting WWII era).
