After this evening’s 2-2 draw in Dingwall in the last of the 5th Round Scottish Cup ties the draw for the quarter finals was made live on BBC Scotland.

Big Rab Douglas was joined by Billy ‘EBT’ Dodds to pick the balls from the hat and there are some cracking ties.

Aberdeen will be at home to either Kilmarnock or the Rangers and Celtic will travel to Easter Road to play Hibs.

Scottish Cup Quarter-Finals Draw

Aberdeen v Kilmarnock or the Rangers (well done Rab!)

Dundee Utd v Ross Co or Inverness Caley Thistle

Partick Thistle v Hearts

Hibs v Celtic

Celtic booked their place in this Quarter Finals with that impressive 5-0 win over St Johnstone on Sunday, with Scotty Sinclair helping himself to a hat-trick.

Hibs beat Raith Rovers 3-1 at Easter Road in their fifth round tie.

The sides met on league duty at Celtic Park last week, with Celtic recording a 2-0 thanks to goals from Ryan Christie and Oliver Burke.

The ties will be played on 2 or 3 March with the Hibs v Celtic game sure to be on television.

Hopefully Hibs will allocate the entire stand behind the goal to Celtic fans rather than leave embarrassing empty spaces, like we saw in December.
