Celtic v Hearts – Premier Sports in Massive Rodgers Own Goal, ‘I’d rather stick pins in my eyes than watch that rat’

EMMA DODDS is a Sports Broadcaster and Event Host who works for various sports broadcasters including Premier Sport who are one of the stations showing tomorrow’s Scottish Cup Final.

Emma has been to Leicester City to interview their manager Brendan Rodgers and this will be shown in the Premier Sports build up to the game. Here’s what Emma posted on social media and a flavour of the responses as Brendan Rodgers puts himself centre stage just before kick-off.

What could possibly go wrong? Fasten your seatbelts…

“Don’t miss our exclusive Premier Sports TV interview with Brendan Rodgers ahead of the Scottish Cup Final,” Emma wrote, probably expecting quite a bit of positive feedback as Premier Sports attempts to draw in subscribers.

“His reasons for leaving, the timing, why he’d taken the club as far as he could and who should replace him permanently. Very interesting insight. On air 1.45pm,” Emma continued. When you’re in a hole, stop digging hen! No, on she goes…

“The full interview with Brendan Rodgers will be on PremierSportsTV at 1.15pm tomorrow, then an edited version as part of our 75 minute build up to the Scottish Cup Final.”

Some of the replies to Emma’s social media post promoting the Premier Sports interview with Rodgers are priceless. Here’s a few of them…

“Naw canny be arsed listening to a Liar.”

“Nobody cares. Cheers.”

“Taken them as far as he could? 3 months short of an unprecedented Treble Treble? After which he could have left as a legend in almost every supporters mind.”

“This is a PR disaster for Premier Sports ahead of a cup final. Celtic fans will choose BBC.”

“Interesting aye? No it’s no.”

“Cheers for the warning won’t be tuning in I’d rather stick pins in my eyes than watch that rat.”

“Who gives a toss about anything that dirty lying scumbag says. Celtic are no longer his concerns. Tell him to concentrate on his mid table nobodies.”

“F***s the cup final got to do with him?”

“Tell him to keep his mouth off our club it’s none of his business anymore. He’s a snake and a rat and a f*****g liar.”

“Thanks but no thanks.”

“This will LOSE you viewers. BBC all the way.”

“This would only be mildly interesting if you sat the Rat down with one of us and allowed to counter his bullsh*t. No one really cares you did an unchallenged interview with him. Organise me vs. Brendan live and then we’ll talk.”

“Reasons for leaving….£
Timing….£
Why he’d taken us as far….£”

A REAL Celtic man

“Hate it when they roll out celebrity “fans” before Celtic cup finals.”

“Nobody wants to hear it. He saw an easy group of fixtures for Leicester and jumped ship right away. End of.”

“Don’t expect many to tune in for this Emma, nobody is interested.”

“Thanks for the warning. Will ensure I am on another channel while he is on.”

“Plucking my hairs in my arse at that time, cheers though.”
