Celtic beat Kilmarnock 3-1 at Rugby Park last night in what was a tricky trip to Ayrshire. Alex Dyer’s team have been struggling for form in the league but always promised to be a difficult fixture with the title race on a knife edge.
However, Celtic proved their quality as a goal from Odsonne Edouard gave the Scottish Champions a half time lead before Leigh Griffiths made it 2-0 early in the second half. A goal from Killie’s Kabamba gave Neil Lennon’s side a fright but a header from Jullien settled the issue.
