Las Palmas president Miguel Ángel Ramírez had previously indicated that Celtic made a concrete €4 million proposal for goalkeeper Dinko Horkas, but Spanish journalist Rafa León Ortega has reported that Ramírez later clarified no formal offer from Celtic exists.
Ramírez had stated that the only offer on the table for Horkas came from Celtic, worth four million paid over four years, against Las Palmas’s demand of five million plus 50 per cent of any future transfer fee. That account has been complicated by the follow-up reporting, which suggests the €4 million bid may not have come from Celtic.
