Celtic travel to Aberdeen this evening as they look to continue their excellent run of form. Ange Postecoglou’s side are on an excellent winning streak since the return from the winter break and will be hoping for maximum points in the North East.
Team News
There are no fresh injury concerns for the manager going into this game, which is refreshing to say for a change.
Yosuke Ideguchi is working his way back from an ankle injury sustained against Alloa Athletic; however this game comes too soon for him. David Turnbull and Kyogo Furuhashi (both hamstrings) are continuing their rehab as they look to be available in the near future for selection.
Christopher Jullien is still awaiting his first appearance since returning from injury. The weekend’s game against Raith Rovers may be his best bet, instead of a tough clash away against Aberdeen.
Tony Ralston started on Sunday in the win at Fir Park but you’d expect Josip Juranovic to return to the starting XI. Jota also started on the bench but given the manager is keen on refreshing his starting team you’d expect the man that got the winner at Pittodrie last time to start.
Predicted XI: Hart; Juranovic, Carter-Vickers, Starfelt, Taylor; McGregor, Hatate, Rogic; Abada, Giakoumakis, Jota.
