Ange Postecoglou has teased that Celtic might yet have transfer business to be done after the win in the League Cup tonight. With his side gearing up for Saturday’s game against Rangers, most of the focus of the support and media will dominate that fixture, but the transfer market is edging towards a conclusion with Celtic strengthening this window.
The manager looked delighted following his team’s 4-1 victory over Ross County at Dingwall. The manager made nine changes in the starting XI and those that came in picked up where they left off at Tannadice on Sunday. However, when asked by Premier Sports whether there would be any incomings before the deadline on Thursday night.
“Yeah, there’s some things happening. I’ll be on a bus for the next few hours though. I am sure others are working on it right now.”

The boss watched on as goals from Callum McGregor, Giakoumakis, Maeda and James Forrest sealed progression into the next round. Although, he also saw Sead Haksabanovic make his debut following his move from Rubin Kazan. With Albian Ajeti moving to Switzerland today, Celtic would likely wish to strengthen in the central striker position with Kyogo and Giakoumakis vying for the starting role.
