Birthday Bhoys

Today is one of celebration for a former and current Celt as Frank McGarvey and Fraser Forster celebrate their birthdays.

Frank McGarvey turns 64 today, he scored 113 goals in 245 games for Celtic. He won five major honours with the Hoops and his most famous moment was his last with the club – the winning goal in the 1985 Scottish Cup final. It can be seen 48 seconds into the video below.

On the other hand, Fraser Forster turns 32 today. His first spell at the club was full of numerous highlights, earning him a move to Southampton where he broke the club’s clean sheet record. Forster is currently back at Parkhead on loan and there is a possibility that he may extend his stay with the Celts after his stand-out performances once more for the club.
