Celtic’s game vs St Mirren has given Ange Postecoglou’s men the chance to keep the distance between themselves and the league leaders, after the game was allowed to go ahead despite a COVID-19 outbreak for the home side. Yet even when facing a depleted squad, Celtic have gone into the interval no better than they started off against Jim Goodwin’s men.
The Hoops have had 83 per cent possession, eight attempts and seven corners – but are still unable to find a way through against a side who have won just once in nine home games this season.
