Celtic 3 Dundee Utd 0 – Reaction, Videos and match Photos, now Bring on theRangers

Celtic made no mistake this afternoon in defeating Dundee Utd by 3-0 with goals from Soro, Turnbull and Edouard. Barkas returned in goals replacing Hazard and although he kept a clean sheet he didn’t;t really have too much to do. The big negative though was the injury suffered by French defender Christopher Jullien early in the second half when he got back to save a goal but collided with the post with his left knee and the noise was sickening. Jullien was stretched off and looks very unlikely to feature at Ibrox on Saturday.

Turnbull was the Man of Match, Soro was outstanding, Odsonne Edouard got a goal from open play and all the subs looked ready to contribute. Frimpong had obviously been told to go at the full back and he gave Robson a torrid afternoon but still that killer final ball eludes him.

Neil Lennon looks like taking a very confident side to Ibrox on Saturday.

Here’s some post match reaction and some images at the end…
