Celtic beat Dundee as top met bottom at Dens Park in the SPL on Boxing Day. Georgios Samaras scored a brilliant overhead kick to put Celtic 1-0 ahead at half time, although Kelvin Wilson could count himself quite lucky to stay on the pitch after appearing to catch John Baird with his arm. Gary Hooper scored a sublime second after the break as Celtic moved seven points clear at the top of the SPL table.
