Celtic confirm two player departures

CELTIC have today confirmed that both Jamie McCart and Joe Thomson have both left the club.

Both players hope to gain valuable first team football next season in the Championship. Jamie McCart will be playing his football at Inverness Caley Thistle while Dunfermline Athletic will have Joe Thomson in their squad. Both players have penned two year deals at their new clubs.

McCart and Thomson each made one first team appearance at Celtic after making their way through the Celtic Youth Academy. They also both had loan spells away from Celtic so have had plenty of first team football under their belts and leave having benefited from the best football grounding their is in Scotland.

Everyone will wish both Bhoys all the best for their careers in the game and we’ll watch out for their progress.
