Celtic this morning have been drawn against six times European Champions Bayern Munich in the Champions League play-off with Manchester City getting Real Madrid…
The first-leg game will take place at Celtic Park on either 11 or 12 February and the away second leg in Munich’s massive Allianz Arena on either the 18 or 19 February.

There should be plenty of tickets available for Celtic supporters for such an iconic match however there is a concern that the green flare thrown onto the pitch at Villa Park will prompt an away fan ban from UEFA, as per their earlier warning.

Brendan Rodgers praised the backing of the Celtic support at Villa Park and it would be terrible if this incident causes Celtic supporters the chance to be at the game in Munich and that the players will have to play without our fans there.

This has echoes of the half bottle of vodka thrown onto the field against Rapid Vienna just as Celtic had got into a winning position in the tie.
