Celtic have announced that Hoops greats including Tom Rogic and Joe Hart will take on Manchester United legends at Celtic Park in September…

The Wizard of Oz Tom Rogic is set to grace Celtic Park for the first time in three years, reuniting with former goalkeeper Joe Hart and a host of legendary figures as they come together for the latest charity showdown against Manchester United.
The two legends sides met at Old Trafford last September, playing out a 1-1 draw before Celtic clinched victory on penalties – and now they are preparing for a highly anticipated rematch in Glasgow’s east end later this year.
The game is scheduled for Saturday, 6 September 2025, with a 2pm kick-off time. Tickets for the legends match is set at £18 for adults, while concession tickets will be available for £9.

Proceeds from the match will be dedicated to helping those facing food insecurity, honouring the club’s legacy by supporting and expanding the Paradise Pit Stop initiative.
The project offers free hot meals and a variety of hot and soft drinks four times a week, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both individuals and families.
More than simply providing meals, Paradise Pit Stop offers a welcoming and inclusive space where some of Glasgow’s most vulnerable communities can enjoy food, feel respected, and connect with support resources.

Speaking to the club’s official website, Tom Rogic said: “It’s really exciting to be coming back for the Legends match against Manchester United. My time with Celtic was such a huge part of my career and there were so many amazing memories, so to come back and pull on the Hoops again will be a very special moment.”
“There was always such a big focus from the Club on helping others and the work that the Foundation do is phenomenal, so it’s a privilege to be involved and I’m sure the supporters will come out in their numbers as they always do.”

Meanwhile, Joe Hart is also delighted to be returning to Paradise: “I am absolutely delighted to be returning to Celtic Park for the Legends match in September. It was such an honour to finish my career with the Club and, although it’s only been just over a year since I left Glasgow, I really can’t wait to come back and play in front of the fans again.”
“It’ll be brilliant to see some familiar faces and it promises to be a great occasion. I was always so impressed by the work of the Foundation during my time at Celtic and it’s going to be fantastic to play a part in hopefully raising plenty of money through this match.”

Celtic season ticket holders will have priority access, with an exclusive ticket window opening at 10am on Thursday, July 3. Any remaining tickets will go on general sale starting at 10am on Monday, July 7. Matchday hospitality options will soon be on offer, with club packages starting from £42 per person.
