Celtic TV’s ‘On the Road’ video from a Beautiful Sunday at Ibrox

The Celtic YouTube page has uploaded another ‘On the Road’ video showing the Celtic players before and during the match.

On Sunday, the Bhoys travelled across the divide to Ibrox to take on theRangers in the first Glasgow Derby of the season. Despite having to deal with a stadium only filled with theRangers supporters, the Bhoys put in an impressive performance and largely dominated theRangers in the first half, which closed with a wonderful goal from Kyogo.

The second half came with a large injection of pressure from theRangers but the Bhoys withstood it all and actually had the better chances to score in that second forty five minutes. They certainly merited leaving Ibrox with a win and of course the three points.

In this excellent On the Road video, we see the Bhoys arrive at Ibrox to an already booing crowd, enter the dressing room, and go out onto the pitch to warm up for the upcoming match. We also see highlights from the match itself with an extended version of Celtic TV’s unique angle.

This video shows what the Celtic players had to put up with for the whole experience. They had 50,000 booing them from the second they got off the team bus until they left after the match.

Especially when Kyogo sticks the ball in the back of the net, the horrible atmosphere is exposed by Celtic TV’s O the Road video. It goes to show how well the Celtic players dealt with the situation and how professional they were to come away with all three points that keeps us on the top of the league looking down on…Motherwell and St Mirren!
