Celtic v Hearts: Neilson names his team for today’s visitors

Robbie Neilson has named his side for this afternoon’s Cinch Premiership clash at Celtic Park. Ange Postecoglou’s side can practically win the league today but they face the Scottish Cup Finalists, who will be keen to get some practice of their game plan for the final in a few weeks.

Former Celtic goalkeeper Craig Gordon starts in goals. He is joined by a defence of Kingsley, Moore, Cochrane and Atkinson.

Haring and Sibbick appear to be in the holding midfield roles. They will support a forward midfield three of McKay, Simms and Ginnelly with Liam Boyce as the lone striker.

Celtic, meanwhile, have gone for Joe Hart in goals. A back four of Tony Ralston, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Carl Starfelt and Greg Taylor. In midfield, Callum McGregor is joined by Matt O’Riley and David Turnbull. In attack, the front three comprises of Jota, Kyogo and Maeda.

It is a big afternoon for Celtic as they look to seal the league title but it is certainly a stern task against a robust Hearts team.
