Celtic v St Mirren: Ange and Starfelt’s pressers, training at Lennoxtown

Celtic face St Mirren under the lights at Paradise tonight as Ange Postecoglou’s side looks to get back to winning ways following the defeat against Bodø/Glimt and then a draw against Hibernian. The visitors from Paisley were beaten 6-0 when they visited Celtic Park back in August but were able to hold Celtic to a point just before Christmas.

Postecoglou spoke to the media yesterday, discussing all things from squad availability to the trip Down Under to play in The Sydney Cup. The Australian manager spoke about how much he was enjoying his time at Celtic as he joked about his future.

Defender Carl Starfelt was next in front of the camera and he insisted that Celtic were focused on hitting their top form against The Buddies.

The team were put through their paces by the manager and his coaching staff. The aim will be to find the form that blew Rangers away at the beginning of February.

It will be a big game tonight for the League leaders. Celtic will be hoping to force Stephen Robinson’s side into submission with a full-on attacking display.
