Nicolas Kühn has been named as the SPFL Team of the Week Star Man. The attacker scored twice and assisted twice in Celtic’s 5-2 win over Falkirk in the League Cup Quarter Final. The 24-year-old was subbed on in the second half as Brendan Rodgers’ side looked to get back into the game against the Championship side outfit.
The substitution paid off and Kühn helped Celtic to come from behind and confirm their place in the Semi Final.

The impact from the German was felt at the weekend as he came off the bench to score twice as Celtic beat a stubborn Falkirk.
Kühn has been extremely impressive this season and has looked stronger, quicker and dangerous. It would be unfair to say that he didn’t show glimpses of what he was capable of last season, but the showing this campaign has been very impressive. The Celtic support will be hoping that the purple patch that Kühn is currently enjoying is only just starting.
