Celtic’s likely line-up and supporters’ map

The SPFL have provided this map below to help fans get to Murrayfield tomorrow. Their main message is please plan ahead, arrive early.

Celtic have sold all 30,000 tickets and Hearts are almost at that number with the last remaining tickets likely to go today. This will mean that tomorrow will be the biggest attendance at a football match in Scotland for almost three decades.

The Celtic team is likely to be as outlined below, assuming Tom Rogic is ready. There is also a concern surrounding Filip Benkovic but he was rested on Thursday with tomorrow in mind and should start.

With Jozo Simunovic now injured Jack Hendry once again will come into the team for another big match. Brendan Rodgers has a decision to make on the wide left forward position, with Scotty Sinclair’s experience perhaps getting him the nod – despite his frail level of confidence – ahead of Lewis Morgan, who got his first start for the club in the 2-0 defeat to RB Leipzig.

James Forrest returns to the team after missing out on Thursday through suspension.

That would mean that the bench would include Bain, Izaguirre, Kouassi, Mulumbu Hayes, Christie and possibly Arzani, who trained with the squad at Murrayfield earlier in the week. That’s a much weaker Celtic bench that is usually the case.

Boyata is suspended after that stupid red card at St Johnstone in the quarter final. Simunovic and Gamboa were injured in Leipzig and won’t feature. Leigh Griffiths remains sidelined and with skipper Scott Brown out for 3 weeks, Mikael Lustig will be captain at Murrayfield.

Don’t forget that the clocks go back tonight. Kick-off at Murrayfield is 1.30pm.
