The Daily Record is at it again this morning, here’s their headline…
Kyogo set for major Celtic injury blow as Brendan Rodgers reveals striker could need shoulder surgery
The Parkhead boss revealed the forward faces a spell on the sidelines before the new campaign.
The Daily Record have yet again put a negative spin on a Celtic story and have blown it out of proportion, and some of our own supporters yet again are falling for this nonsense. This time it’s regarding our talisman and current Scottish Player of the year Kyogo.
The Record have claimed that the Japanese striker is likely to miss the start of the season due to his on-going shoulder surgery.
Yes Kyogo has a well documented shoulder problem and yes Brendan did comment on him needing surgery at some point down the line, but he never said that Kyogo would be absent for a period of time in the next few months. Not even close.
Brendan said “I’ve seen it in the past with players when their shoulders can pop out a little bit. It’s probably one of those where it won’t be totally right until he has an operation on it.
But he can obviously get by without that as he’s not really in any pain other than when it pops out. Surgery would be down to the player.”
Perfectly clear words by Brendan and the picture is rather clear that Kyogo won’t be having surgery any time soon. If he where to have surgery he would have had it back in June after the Scottish Cup final not now, think about it, it’s not that difficult.
The Record as usual have put out a misleading headline possibly just to get their daily gloom and doom spread about Celtic out yet again. It’s becoming rather predictable and pathetic…
Just an Ordinary Bhoy
No Celtic fan buys The Daily Retard & their clickbait is so predictable I’d only ever click for a laugh & see how they’re pandering to their Loyalists Retards,,,,err,,,,,,readers!
Is there any way that any Daily Recird Celtic article can be excluded from Newsnow Celtic??? No Celtic fan should click on any of their stories. It is an anti Celtic rag. Always has and slats will be. Never forget the “Thugs and Thieves” headline in the weeks before Seville.
