In truth, Daizen probably could have had more in what was a frustrating afternoon for the Hoops. A number of chances weree created but it was defensively that Celtic struggled against Livi.
Since arriving in January 2022 from Yokohama F Marinos, Maeda has scored 27 goals and assisted on 15 occasions. The 26-year-old has won four trophies and will be hoping that his contribution this afternoon can push Celtic on to a Double at the end of this season.
