‘Do the right thing’, John Kennedy tells all supporters to stay away from Celtic Park next weekend

John Kennedy has told supporters to stay away from Celtic Park next weekend for the Glasgow Derby against Steven Gerrard’s Rangers. After Celtic slipped up again, they handed the Ibrox side their first SPFL title which sparked disgraceful scenes in Glasgow last weekend. Rangers did nothing to encourage their fans to go home and the chaos that was caused during a national lockdown was hard to take for all of us who have adhered to the rules.

Now, John Kennedy has asked the Celtic fans to not come to the ground as there were fears that another horde of Rangers fans would descend upon Paradise.

The game is scheduled to go ahead as planned, even if the Scottish Government are considering postponing it as a result of the illegal, mass breach by Rangers fans and the club’s silence on the matter.
