Dom McKay begins meetings with Celtic Supporters Groups, as Yokohama F. Marinos suffer Cup Shock in Postecoglou’s Last Match

Celtic’s new CEO Dominic McKay alongside Alexis, the Celtic FC DAO this morning met with the committee members of the Celtic Celtic Disabled Supporters to discuss the new season and the plans that are being formulated to allow the return of supporters to Celtic Park.

“Great to catch up with @celticdsa committee members this morning who met with Dom McKay to discuss the season ahead and supporters returning to matches. Looking forward to continuing our work together,” Alexis tweeted. Alexis also assists John Paul Taylor in his role as Celtic FC SLO, as was clarified by JP earlier this week, see below.

It’s good news that McKay has started his rounds of the various fans groups and associations and as we’ve mentioned previously the club are planning to have a Fan Media conference with Dominic McKay, probably around the same time as the new manager Ange Postecoglou is ready to talk to the supporters via fan media engagement.

His side are currently in extra time in their cup match with a minnows side, whose goalkeeper scored from the penalty penalty spot as the regulation time ended 1-1. And the upset looks like being avoided, with Ange Postecoglou getting a final win under his belt at Yokohama F. Marinos before beginning his journey to Scotland. Or maybe not…it’s ended all square at 2-2 EAT and the minnows won on penalties – dear oh dear!
