It’s only been a matter of hours since Neil Lennon’s resignation was officially announced, yet already Eddie Howe’s name is trending on Twitter.
The Englishman has been linked with the Celtic job since the tail end of last year, and was recently sounded out by Bristol City. However, he rejected that proposal and many feel that he could be lined up to take over from Roy Hodgson at Crystal Palace.
That said, Howe’s name is not going away when it comes to discussion around the managerial position at Celtic. He has been out of work for some time, but is still highly respected for the miracles he performed at AFC Bournemouth, doing so with an attractive, attacking style of play.
