Celtic winger Nicholas Kuhn is on Eintracht Frankfurt’s list of potential targets in the summer. The 2022 Europa League winners can add their name to an ever increasing list…

The 2022 Europa League winners currently only have one recognised right-wing forward among their ranks and have made the position a priority for the summer.

Kuhn has had an outstanding campaign
Kuhn, who has had an outstanding campaign in all competitions has netted 18 goals whilst assisting on 12 occasions across his 38 appearances this season. Now, according to a report in Frankfurter Neue Presse, the German attacker is on a list of potential targets alongside Freiburg’s Ritsu Doan and Dilane Bakwa of Strasbourg.

The 25 year-old registered three goals in the Champions League this season including opening the scoring at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday night in Celtic’s heartbreaking 1-1 draw with Bayern Munich.
Frankfurt currently sit sixth in the Bundesliga
Frankfurt currently sit sixth in the Bundesliga and qualified for the last 16 of the Europa League. Kuhn’s performances, especially the two versus Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig will not have gone unnoticed and speculation is expected as the summer transfer window approaches.

Price range would have to be around £35m
Currently tied to Celtic until 2029, the Hoops hold all the cards and will surely be holding out for a record transfer fee if there are significant bids from interested parties. As mentioned on The Celtic Star earlier this week, it would surely take a bid in excess of £35m for Celtic to be interested in selling Nicolas Kühn this summer.
