Embarrassed Clyde 1 presenter wears Celtic top after losing bet

Clyde 1 presenter Ewen Cameron stuck to his word and appeared in a Celtic shirt after losing a bet on Twitter. Cameron, who is a vocal Hearts supporter, was left bitterly disappointed after Brendan Rodgers side picked up all three points as they won 4-1 at Tynecastle. Celtic were emphatic winners in the clash in the Scottish capital yesterday afternoon with goals from Matt O’Riley, Daizen Maeda, Kyogo and Iwata.

Back in July, Cameron took to Twitter to say that Celtic would be lucky to get a point from the game before going on to say that he would wear a Celtic top on the Clyde 1 Football podcast if the Scottish Champions took three points from the first meeting between the teams of the season.

Cameron was true to his word after fans circled and mocked his call from back in July. The presenter of Clyde 1’s Football Podcast and his tweet this afternoon showed how embarrassed he was by it all.

Fair play to Cameron for sticking to the terms of the bet and sticking on a Celtic shirt. Cameron will hope that his own Hearts side dispose of the woeful Steven Naismith, who looks out of his depth.
