Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on the future of Liverpool’s Andy Robertson. It was confirmed that Robbo would leave Anfield after nine seasons at the conclusion of the present campaign with Celtic linked with a move for the fullback.
However, an update on Twitter from Romano claims Robertson looks set to join Tottenham Hotspur this summer – if they avoid relegation.
🚨🏴 Tottenham have a verbal agreement to sign Andy Robertson in June 2026, all terms in place.
Nothing signed/sealed yet as staying in Premier League will be a key factor ahead of proceeding.

Celtic have been linked with Robertson’s signature at various junctures but nothing has been forthcoming as he switched from Dundee United to Hull City before making the move to Liverpool.
It was always unlikely that Celtic would make a move for Robertson. The Scotland skipper’s wages as well as compatriot Tierney meant that a deal was always extremely impractical, notwithstanding his support of the club and previous indication that he’d like to pull on the Hoops.
