I was having a chat with a friend last night, who had a very respectable 2/4 record in the Celtic Ticket Office ballots. As one of the ‘unlucky’ 0/4 (many supporters believe that on the law of averages they cannot be so unlucky so many times when it comes to how the Celtic Ticket Office operates ballots) I said to that with the imminent return of full crowds next Thursday for the home leg of the Europa League qualifier against FK Jablonec the Celtic Ticket Office will charge all supporters for tickets.
“Surely this one will be on the season ticket?” he countered. Nope, that one will have been the Champions League qualifier against FK Midtjylland, which was of course balloted (as he well knew). The unlucky season ticket holders had the Pass to Paradise to fall back on, unused incidentally by many including myself as we’d paid for Premier Sports which was at least a minute ahead of the club’s internet stream.
“Surely the supporters who haven’t been to a game yet will get their free ticket then?” he then asked. Maybe, that would certainly seem fair and reasonable and a way to recognise the complete mess that Celtic have made of this but anyone actually believe that this is going to happen? Not me anyway. Have a look at this…

I know that full well. The least they can do, is not charge faithful Tims who are in the 0/4 ballot club ? But, not holding out for good PR from @CelticFC ?
