Green Brigade and Bhoys Celtic announce pre-Ibrox action

Celtic Ultras groups Bhoys Celtic and the Green Brigade have announced pre-match action ahead of Sunday’s game at Ibrox. The Scottish Champions travel to Govan to face Rangers in a match that could prove pivotal to the title race.

The supporters have announced that they will see off the team on Saturday afternoon before they depart to the hotel for their pre-match preparations.

As there will be no Celtic fans in attendance on Sunday, fans will be keen to show the team that they are supported forever and ever.

Celtic have beaten Rangers twice this season, winning at Ibrox in the first meeting between the sides in September. Kyogo Furuhashi got the only goal as an injury-ravaged Celtic took all three points against Michael Beale’s side. Then, in December, Philippe Clement’s side were beaten 2-1 at Celtic Park.

There were no away fans at either meeting between the sides. However, 5% of stadium capacity will be used by away fans next season. It is not a return to the high volume of away fans of days gone by; however, it is a start.
